Data Collection
1 Dream Group will collect personal information that you have provided solely through the mobile application. We will not collect information about you from anyone else. By submitting personal information through the mobile application, you will be considered having consented to us collecting your personal information.
1 Dream Group will only collect personal information that is necessary for one or more of its functions or activities.
All personal information that is collected will be stored in a third-party remote server and only in that third-party remote server.
Data Usage
1 Dream Group will only use your personal information to:
- Process your orders for our products or services that you place through the mobile application.
- Administer and deal with any issues you raise with us regarding any of our products or services.
- Data analysis to understand trends and develop new products.
- Facilitate 1 Dream Group’s internal business operations, including fulfilment of any legal requirements.
- For verification purposes, which includes comparing face data with identification card and verifying the place of employment of the customer.
Disclosure
1 Dream Group will only disclose your personal information in any of the situations:
- Third party that supply products or services to 1 Dream Group for the purpose of fulfilling the customer needs. For example, your name, delivery address, and telephone number may be disclosed to a third-party delivery service to deliver products to the delivery address or a contracted worker to provide repair and maintenance services.
- When required by the law.
- With your consent.
Personal Information may be disclosed under other circumstances which is permitted by the Privacy Act.
During our business activities, 1 Dream Group may need to disclose some of your personal information to relevant business partners such as shareholders, investors, accountants, auditors.
Otherwise, for extremely sensitive data such as face data and identification card will not be shared to any third party unless it is required by law.
Data Quality
1 Dream Group will take reasonable steps to make sure that the personal information it collects, uses, or discloses is accurate, complete and up to date.
Data Security
1 Dream Group will take reasonable steps to protect the personal information it holds from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
1 Dream Group will destroy or permanently de-identify personal information if it is no longer needed for any purpose.
In the case of extremely sensitive data such as signature, face data and identification card, these data will be deleted the moment the customer order has been completed. Extremely sensitive data such as the one mentioned will not be retained for an extended period, in the case of order void or cancellation these data will also be deleted.
Access and correction
You are entitled, at any time, to request access to your personal information held by 1 Dream Group and to ask us to change any details that may be incorrect or out of date.
Account Deletion
Whenever possible, you can access or update personal data directly within the account settings in the mobile application. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact 1 Dream Group for assistance. Other than that, you can also request the deletion of your personal data by pressing the button at top right corner of the account setting screen. Please note, however, that we may need to retain certain information for record keeping purposes, to complete transactions, or to comply with our legal obligations.
